If you use a word processing program, an accompanying disk (saved inGB or Big 5 file) is preferred. Accepted works are paid upon publication.TODAY holds copyright as well as translation, anthologizing, and adaptation rights of all works it publishes, and such rights are not restricted to any particular geographic location. Simultaneous submission will NOT beconsidered. Due to limited resource, manuscripts will not be returned.
